IVR

Interactive Voice Response (IVR) surveys are conducted through an automated voice messaging system. Through IVR, clients can distribute a toll free telephone number to potential respondents and allow them to call in to complete a survey at their convenience. Combined with the right incentives, this sophisticated mode of collection can remove interviewer bias and dramatically reduce fielding costs. Read More.

CATI Surveys
